I am a licensed massage therapist, reiki energy worker, and certified yoga instructor. I combine my passion for both physical and energetic movements with my knowledge of mind-body connection to assist my clients to feel their body and become in tune with their own needs. My experience utilizes yoga practices, energy work, hands on massage, or a customizable combination.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
I view every massage session as a unique experience for my client. I combine techniques of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and stretching.
60 Min - $110 / 90 Min - $150

IN HOME MASSAGE
In Home Massage offers all that a traditional therapeutic massage includes, but with the added luxury of being in your own space before, during, and after the service.
60 Min - $150 / 90 Min - $220
Booking / Cancellation Policy
Booking will not be accepted less than 12 hours in advance. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within a full 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid a 50% charge to your card. No shows will be charged the full amount of their booked service. If you have unavoidable emergent circumstances or sickness in your household, please contact me directly via phone call as soon as possible, regardless of required time frame.

Zero Tolerance Policy
I will not tolerate any form of sexual misconduct. Massage Therapy is entirely health centered, therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.
Any and all sexual advances, jokes, suggestions, requests for sexual favors, verbal and/or physical conduct of a sexual nature are unwelcome and will result in immediate termination of a client’s bodywork treatment.
In the case of termination, clients will still be required to pay for their session in full, will be disallowed from any future bookings. Terminated client will also be dismissed and banned from premises and police will be called if necessary.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist I am required and committed to protecting a safe, non-sexual environment for all clients.

Benchmark Living operates within a shared building. The studio entrance is on the corner of the building, facing Core Faith Church. You will enter into the front lobby upon arrival, where I, Gretchen, will meet and greet you for your service. โ
