Let's start with the basics!

How will massage benefit me?

Massage can increase circulation, combat depression, improve balance and flexibility, reduce the pain of arthritis, increase joint mobility, improve posture, and encourage overall well-being.

Geriatric massage offers relaxation, stress relief, and support for

many symptoms of aging. Today, it’s a leading form of complementary care used by millions.

What to expect:

Massage is typically done with

the client undressed to their

comfort level. You'll have privacy

to get settled on the table and will

remain covered throughout the

session, with only the area being

worked on exposed. A light oil or

lotion may be used, and sessions

usually last about an hour—

other options are available, too.
