I'm Gretchen — your dedicated

through Wednesday. Many of you have

met me, but for those who are new or

haven’t been in for a while, I’d love to

reintroduce myself.

I was personally selected in 2023 by

Michelle, the previous therapist well

known and trusted in the community.

We connected deeply through our

shared passion for heart-centered

care, and she knew my focus aligned

beautifully with the needs of this

community.
