The last few months I've touched base about what to expect during a session, and how to elongate the effects of bodywork. This month I am sharing about the Gratitude I have for my clients, and the appreciative feeling they leave the massage room with.

There are many occasions Reta tells me that she's able to recreate the peaceful sensations she experiences in the massage room when she is experiencing high stress moments in her everyday life.

I am grateful for Reta's continued dedication to taking care of her body and mind.
